Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JW PEI purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all protective packaging and tags intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original JW PEI box and dust bag to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
